The challenge

Red clay staining on polished concrete required careful cleaning that respected the floor’s finish. Glass, fixtures, and welding booth areas also needed detailed attention as part of final turnover preparation.

Our recorded scope included final post-construction cleaning, red clay stain removal, polished concrete cleaning, glass and fixture detailing, and welding booth detailing. Surface-appropriate cleaning removed red clay staining and restored the floor’s appearance for turnover preparation.
